Terms

Kaastle is a game for learning music. By playing it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

Who can play

You need to be at least 13 to play, or at least 16 if you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom. If you’re younger, a parent or guardian can play with you, but please don’t add your own email to an account.

It’s a beta

Kaastle is free while it is in beta. Things will change: units, cards, balance and modes may be added, reworked or removed, and the game may sometimes be down or lose data. We try hard to keep your progress, and your browser keeps its own copy, but we can’t promise nothing will ever be lost. Some features may cost money after the beta; we’ll say so clearly before anything is charged.

Your account

The game saves your progress under a random account number. If you add your email, keep access to that inbox, because sign-in codes go there. You can delete your cloud data at any time in Settings › Your progress.

Playing fair

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

What’s ours and what’s yours

The game, its art, music and code belong to Kaastle’s makers. You may play it, stream it and share screenshots and videos of it. When you send feedback or ideas, you let us use them to improve the game, without owing you anything for them.

No guarantees

Kaastle is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost progress, downtime or anything else that comes from using the game. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of where you live.

Changes

We’ll update these terms as the game grows and change the date above when we do. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the game.
